Platform
One operating layer. Three connected views.
Buyers, manufacturing partners and Launchbelt operators work in their own views of one record. Here is what each sees, how the pieces connect, and where every capability stands today.
Three views
Same part. Different responsibilities.
Each participant sees what they need to act, and nothing that belongs to someone else.
The part, the plan and the date.
- Requirements and revisions in one place
- Options with explicit trade-offs
- Order progress and issues as they happen

Architecture
Everything runs through one record.
Requirements, eligibility, options, award, traveler and recovery are stages of the same record, not handoffs between tools.

Data and access
Built to keep each party's data its own.
Separated by organization
Buyers and partner shops see only their own records and quotes, scoped by organization.
Neutral partner codes
Buyers see partner shops as codes such as P-163. Shops never see each other's pricing.
Rules that hold
Export rules exclude a shop outright and cannot be overridden by ranking or by price.
Attributed record
Awards, traveler steps and status changes are recorded with who acted and when.
Where it stands
What is live, and what is next.
